I attended, participated (somewhat), partied and rode my bike a bunch at the Single Speed Cyclocross World Championships in Victoria in November. The weekends effect on the cold I headed down there with was way beyond anything I expected and I am still battling it. But the new friends and memories from that weekend were worth it. As I write this I have been able to get back to riding/running and my morning weight routine, and that sure feels good! Below are the few photos I was able to capture before a Mud Angle coated the camera in Vancouver Island soil and water making it useless for the remainder of the day!
